Tutorial video shows how to move camera freely with shortcuts using Lock Camera to View. If we want to move camera while viewing in camera view, we can using Lock to View feature in viewport. Firstly , we can move the camera to current view, and then use Lock Camera to View, then we can use shortcut to move camera freely. Steps and shortcuts will go through in this tutorial video. Blender how to move camera freely with shortcuts using Lock Camera to View

We can follow below steps to move camera freely with shortcuts using Lock Camera to View

1. Select a camera
2. Go to View > Align View > Set Active Camera to View , or we can use shortcut Ctrl + Alt + Numpad 0
3. Then, we can open the properties panel on the top right side of viewport
4. In View Tab, Under Lock, Check the box Camera to View
5. Then we can move camera freely in viewport with below shortcuts

Rotate Camera – Middle Mouse Button to click and drag 
Pan Camera – Shift + Middle Mouse Button to click and drag 
Zoom In or Out – Alt + Middle Mouse Button to click and drag
