After adding image into composition layer, we can hit shortcut S to show Scale, then we can resize the image in composition. 1. Add a image into composition as a layer
2. Select the image layer and hit shortcut S to show scale
3. Adjust the percentage in scale

How to fit to comp in After Effects

1. Add a image into composition as a layer
2. Right click on the layer
3. Choose Transform > Fit to Comp

Then the layer will be fit to composition size. All steps are also shown in above tutorial video, watch above.
