How to find warp tool in Photoshop
We can follow these steps to find warp tool in Photoshop,
1. Select a layer that we want to make warp
2. Go to Edit > Transform > Warp
3. Then, we can use warp tool
4. If you find the warp is grey out, we can convert the layer to Smart Object, then follow step 2 again.
