Blender texture not show in viewport? Here is a video showing how we can add textures to object, and show textures in solid mode and material preview in viewport shading. In this tutorial, we will add a 3D object first, then we can add material and texture to object. Therefore, we can switch viewport shading to solid mode with Texture Color or we can use Materia preview mode in viewport. Steps are shown in this tutorial video. I hope this helps. Blender show texture in solid mode
We can follow below steps to show texture in solid mode
1. Add an object with adding texture
2. Switch to Solid mode in viewport shading
3. In drop down menu of viewport shading, go to Color and choose Texture.
