We can follow these steps to make gradient background in Photoshop,
1. After starting Photoshop and create a new document, we can go to left tool bar to find Gradient Tool
2. Then , we can go to top option bar, to select gradient color in preset drop-down menu
3. Click and drag on artwork to add gradient color
