We can follow below steps to find bool tool in Blender 4.2,
1. After starting Blender, we can go to Edit > Preferences
2. In Preferences window, go to Get Extensions, and Search Bool Tool
3. Click Install next to Bool Tool Addon
4. Go back to viewport, and press shortcut N to show side panel
5. In side panel, we switch to Tab Edit
6. Then, open Boolean to show Bool Tool
