In this tutorial, we will go through how to set Origin of Object in Blender. Origin is known as Pivot Point, we apply the location, rotation, scale in relate to Origin (pivot point) . There is embedded addon that we can activate, this addon allow us to use a shortcut Ctrl + Alt + X to turn on Pie Menus for setting Origin. In this video, we will go through how to set origin to center of object; set origin to bottom of object; set origin to 3D cursor; set origin to face; set origin to edge; set origin to vertex. How to set Origin in Blender
To set the origin of an object in Blender, we can follow these steps:
1. Select the object we want to set origin,
2. Press Tab to enter Edit Mode,
3. Select the vertices, edges, or faces that we want to use as the new origin,
4. Press Shift + S, then select Cursor to Selected to move the 3D cursor to the selected vertices, edges, or faces,
5. Press Tab to exit Edit Mode, and enter Object Mode,
6. Go to Object > Set Origin, choose Origin to 3D cursor,
