We can follow these steps to extrude faces along normal in Blender,
1. Select an object and use shortcut Tab to go to Edit Mode
2. Press 3 to change to face selection
3. Select faces that we want to extrude along normals
4. Press Alt+E ansd choose Extrude Along Normals
5. Move cursor to extrude
6. Press Left Mouse Button to comfirm
