Steps to create Long Shadow to a layer
1. Duplicate a layer, therefore we can have one more for creating shadow
2. Select the new layer and move to bottom in composition
3. Apply CC Radial Fast Blur and adjust it settings for length of long shadow
4. Apply Matte Choker and adjust long shadow softness
5. Apply Fill Effects to change color of long shadow
Furthermore, we can animate the long shadow of layer. All steps are visually shown in above AE tutorial video. Watch above.
