We can follow these steps to make color image to black and white,
1. Open image in Photopea,
2. Select the image layer and go to Image > Adjustments > Black & White ,
3. Black & White window is shown and image is changed to Black and White Color,
4. We can make further adjustment to the color. For example, we can make brighten the area Blue color by increasing its value. Therefore, we can customize the contrast of Black and White image.
