How to render in After Effects

Tutorial video shows how to render in After Effects. After composting a motion graphic or an animation, we will go through how to render in After Effects. There are 2 options to render and export video, one is using Adobe Media Encoder, another way to using Render Queue in After Effects 2024. Furthermore, we can have options to render and export to H264 MP4, MOV, Animated Gif, or other file formats. All steps are easy to follow for After Effects beginners. How to render in After Effects

We can follow below steps to render in After Effects,

1. Go to Timeline window, select the composition that we want to render

2. Go to Composition, we can have 2 options to add render job to Adobe Media Encoder Queue (Ctrl + Alt + M) or Render Queue (Ctrl + M)

3. In the output export setting, we can choose Render settings, Output Modulate, File Format, and output location

4. Then we can press Render in Render Queue, or press Start Queue in Adobe Media Encoder
