1. After creating composition, we can add text by using Horizontal Type Tool
2. Open text Layer, click icon next to Animate to add Position and Rotation
3. Next to Animator 1, Add > Selector > Wiggly
4. Adjust values of Position and Rotation under Wiggly Selector 1
