We can follow these steps to crop circle image in Photopea,
1. Open an image in Photopea
2. Go to Tool Bar on Left side, click and hold Rectangle Select, and then choose Ellipse Select
3. Click and Drag on Photo, and press Shift to make Perfect Circle Selection to the area we want to crop
4. Go to Image > Crop
5. Then go to Select > Inverse to make Inverse Select
6. Press Delete to delete background outside circle
