We can follow these steps for making heart shape 3D model in Blender
1. Go to Add > Mesh, and choose Cube
2. Select Cube, and then go to Edit Mode
3. And Edges using Loop Cut
4. Make sure that we use Vertex Selection. Then Grab and move vertices to form a heart shape.
5. Furthermore, we can add Subdivision Modifier to make Heart Shape smooth.
