Blender Glow Effect for Eevee and Cycles

Tutorial video shows how to make glow effects in Blender 4.2 for Eevee and Cycles. There is new update that we cannot find Bloom in Eevee for making glowing. In Blender 4.2, we need to add Glare into compositor for making glowing effects. Also, we need to add emission for Blender Glow Material. Blender Glow Effect for Eevee and Cycles

We can follow these steps to make glowing in Blender for Eevee and Cycles 

1. Switch viewport to render preview

2. In drop down menu of shading, and set Always in Compositor 

3. Add an object that we want to make it glow

4. Add material to object with Principled BASDF shader node, and set emission to 1 or more

5. Switch to Compositor, check the box Use Nodes

6. Add Glare in-between Render Layers and Composite

Then we can get the glow effect in render image with Eevee or Cycles. All these steps are also shown in this tutorial video visually, watch here,
