We can follow below steps to undo precompose
1. After select a pre-compose, we can double clicks to open pre-compose
2. In the pre-compose, we can use shortcut Ctrl+A to select all the layers
3. Press shortcut Ctrl+C to copy all the layers
4. Switch the previous composition, and use shortcut Ctrl+V to paste all the layers
