After Effects feather edges tutorial
We can follow below steps to make feather edge to layer or shape layer in After Effects
1. Add a shape layer using Rectangular Tool (Q) or other shape tool
2. Go to the layer in timeline, and right click on the layer
3. Go to Mask and choose New Mask, or we can use shortcut Ctrl + Shift + N
4. In Mask > Mask 1 , we can find the option of mask feather, increase this value to make shape feather and blur edges.
