We can follow below steps to convert curve int mesh in Blender
1. Go to Add > Curve, and choose a curve shape to add
2. We can go to Edit Mode, to change shape of curve.
3. After editing curve shape, we can go back to object Mode.
4. Right Click on the curve.
5. Chose Convert > To Mesh.
