How to extrude in in Blender
We can follow these steps to extrude in in Blender,
1. Select an object and switch to Edit Mode using shortcut Tab
2. In Edit Mode, Press 3 to switch to Face Selection
3. Select a face or faces that will be extruded
4. Press Shortcut Alt E and choose Extrude Manifold
5. Move cursor into direction of inside, and press Left Mouse Button Click to confirm
