Steps for exporting Transparent Background Video in After Effects
1. Create a composition and make animation without any background
2. Go to Composition and Choose Add to Render Queue
3. In Output Module Settings, in Format, choose QuickTime
4. In Video Output, choose RGB + Alpha in Channels setting, then click OK.
5. Click Render to start export transparent background video.
