How to see frame number in After Effects

After Effects tutorial video shows how to see frame number in After Effects. We can change timeline display from seconds to frames, or change from frames to seconds. The timeline is shown seconds (timecode) in default setting. If we want to change from seconds to frames, we can use Shift + Click to Timecode Display. 1. After creating a composition, we can go to File > Project Settings

2. In Project settings Windows, switch to Time Display style

3. We can choose Timecode or Frames
