How to apply transitions in After Effects
To apply transition into layer or composition in After Effects, we can:
1. Put footage into timeline panel as a layer, in the order how we want them to appear.
2. Move the Current Time Indicator to the frame where we want the transition to begin.
3. Search for the transition we want to apply in the Effects and Presets panel.
4. Double click the transition effect or Drag the transition effect onto the layer we want to add transition.
5. Set the keyframe for completion in another frame.
